SQL Request Process
All SQL requests will need to be approved by the Workstream Lead after vetting a SQL is the best option for an update. SQL updates leave no audit trail of the change so before and after data needs to be documented and attached to the request along with the business approval. IT approval from Lisa Bussa or Lisa Kustura is also required.
