How-To: Change your Rawlings domain password
Purpose: The Domain Password is used to access your computer, GlobalProtect VPN, E1, Propel, Microsoft Applications
Changing your domain password BEFORE it expires – Working Remotely
1. Log into your PC.
Connect to GlobalProtect.
2. Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE.

3. Select Change Password from the menu options.

4. Enter your CURRENT Password in the "Old Password" field.
Enter your NEW password in both the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields.
Press ENTER.

5. Click OK after receiving confirmation of the password change.

6. Press Windows Key + L.
This will lock your computer, bringing you back to the Windows login screen.
Log in with your NEW password.

Changing your domain password AFTER it expires – Working Remotely
Note: In order to complete this process, you will need two methods of Authentication registered with Microsoft. This process is outlined here: Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) Registration Guide
In a web browser, navigate to password.rawlings.com.
Fill in your Rawlings email address and provided CAPTCHA.
Click Next.
Select one of the following options:
* I forgot my password – Use this option if your password is EXPIRED or FORGOTTEN. This will allow you to RESET your Rawlings domain password.
* I know my password, but still can’t sign in – Use this option if you know your password but suspect your account may be locked. This will UNLOCK your account without changing your Rawlings domain password.
Click Next.

Select your first verification option from the left and follow the instructions on the right.

Once complete, select your second verification option from the left and follow the instructions on the right.
If you chose to unlock your account, you will get the following message. Attempt to sign in with your current password.
If you chose to reset your password, Enter a new password and Confirm it.
Note: Passwords need to be a minimum of 8 characters. They also need to contain an uppercase AND lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
Click Finish.
If successful, you will receive the following message.
Lock your laptop by holding down the Windows key and typing L.
Note: If you are working remotely, you will need to connect to GlobalProtect with your new password before locking your laptop.

Sign back into your laptop using your newly changed password.
Once logged back in, the process is complete. You may see Outlook or Teams ask for your new password. Sign in with it, if prompted.
